Throughout this document, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fusionfest, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to individuals purchasing through Silkmuse. By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions.
Only items that remain unused, unwashed, and unaltered are considered eligible for return. Please make sure all original tags, boxes, and packaging materials are intact and included. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or modification will not qualify. Any return request must be raised within the defined return window from the date of delivery. Items failing to meet these criteria will not be accepted under this policy.
To begin the return process, write to us at fusionfest00@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation for the return. If the product has arrived damaged or incorrect, please attach clear and visible images showing the concern. Once your request is reviewed and accepted, detailed return instructions and the return address will be shared.
Upon successful inspection of the returned goods, we’ll initiate the refund, which will appear in your account within 5–7 business days. You will also receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
If the returned item partially meets our return criteria, such as minor packaging damage or slight imperfections, a partial refund may be offered, subject to our discretion.
Shipping costs incurred for returning an item must be borne by you, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). Please note, the original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstance.
Products that have been customised or personalised specifically for you are not eligible for return unless faulty. Similarly, any product without original tags or packaging, or those that appear used or tampered with, will be declined. Items labelled as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase fall under final sale terms.
